New systems and repairs in every town we serve
Most calls are for elevated radon tests, but we also help homeowners with loud fans, flat manometers, existing systems that need repair, and newer homes with passive radon piping that later tested high.
Bill looks at your home before final pricing: foundation type, finished spaces, crawl spaces, slab details, existing pipe routes, fan location, and where the system can discharge cleanly.

How fast can you replace a radon fan?
Fan replacement is usually within a day or two. Call or text Bill’s cell with a photo of the fan and manometer if you can. That number is (815) 370-9682.

Can radon delay a closing, and how fast can you install?
It can if nobody calls until the last minute. Most of our installs are one visit once the plan is set. Tell us the closing date early. We will say what is realistic. Documentation is ready for the file when the job is complete.

What are your hours, and can I text instead of calling?
Bill answers calls Monday through Sunday, 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., at (815) 370-9682, which is his cell phone. Texts, photos, and the website form can be sent anytime, and Bill follows up. For a fan problem, a clear photo of the fan and the U-tube gauge is often the quickest way to start.
