Your home deserves careful hands
We train our team to treat every home like a museum—with care for your floors, your belongings, and the space we’re working in. We protect the work area and use a HEPA vacuum to capture dust as we go.
Jose has been with us for eight years and has become part of our family. He leads our installation crew, and Bill personally visits during your installation. It’s the personal attention you should expect from a family-owned business.

From our work
New Lenox — working around existing plumbing
We routed the radon pipe around the existing sewer pipe and connected a second suction point in the crawl space.
From your first message to the final walkthrough
- A look and a clear price. Bill evaluates your home and explains the pipe route and what’s included before you schedule.
- Careful installation. We text on the way, protect your floors and install the system. Bill stops by personally; our crew stays with the work. Most installations finish in one visit.
- A proper handoff. We tidy the work area, walk you through the system and provide your receipt and written warranty information.
- Confirm the result. Arrange an independent follow-up radon test. For a sale, check the buyer’s testing requirements and timeline with your agent or attorney. We can refer you to a licensed testing professional.

“Top notch job. Bill and his crew installed a 2 suction point system, 1 point in the basement and 1 in the crawlspace addition. Along with the suction points, they laid down a vapor barrier in the crawl space, a new sump pump cover and caulked any cracks in the basement floor that were exposed. Bill and his crew were neat with thier work and had no issues answering and questions or concerns I had. Would definitely recommend to anyone who needs a radon system install.”
